GadgetMan from United States	3.0 1/2/2012 Difficult to assemble Product Review Im really technically inclined and must say that this product was really difficult to assemble. The baskets in the center each has three horizontal posts, but (for each basket) only one post is longer than the other two. This is because the side panels are concaved inward and not (squarely) perpendicular to each other. The diagram in the instructions was not very clear and I acquired this info from someone at the manufacturer. It looks great and if you have about 2 hours to throw it together (mostly while trying not to scratch the inside panels), enjoy. It would have helped to have a top-down diagram accentuating the concaveness. Also, the inside panels have only two holes for each basket and not three, as implied by the diagram. The surfaces of the wood are rough and wiping it with a damp paper towel made the surfaces look like they needed dusting...yikes! I opt not to recommend to a friend due to difficulty of assembly or I guess I could be a friend and assemble it for them now that I got the experience. It does look neat on a wall or in a corner. -) Service Review As expected in the holiday season the arrival date was changed twice. The protective packaging was awesome. I think I could have thrown the package 10 feet and it probably would not have shown any signs of damage. Was this helpful? Yes / No
