I have had electric woks in the past, and was unsuccessful in keeping one running as long as I desired. So, I solved that problem, I got this one to use on my kitchen stove. It is heavily constructed, this is NOT a cheap made wok. I have used it several times in the past few weeks with excellent results. It is fairly easy to cleanup, I have used the same method of cleanup I do with an electric skillet (if there is food stuck). I put about a half inch of soapy water in the wok and simmer it for a few minutes, it cleans right up. I highly recommend this wok."..."  Read more

I was looking for a good stir fry that's good for everyday cooking, and can deal with Chinese cuisine. I don't like nonstick layer and I don't want to season the wok. This pan fits my purpose perfectly with a very solid trifold layer of metals, stainless, and so big that no food will fall out when I stir them. Every detail of the pan showed high quality."..."  Read more

I was compensated by Wayfairs for purchasing this product for review. I selected this pan for a smaller wok what was not nonstick and not too heavy- and it certainly was not too heavy at all. What I liked about it was that it had a nice depth- not too shallow, and it was easy to handle. However, you do have to be careful when handling it, as the outside can scratch quite easily. The handles do stay quite cool which is nice. I use it for small stir fries- it's great for things like cooking eggs or frying, if you like to fry things. However, it is not so great for cooking for a family, as it is quite small- personal cooking is the best application for this product as it is small."..."  Read more
