I was compensated by Wayfairs for purchasing this product for review. I selected this pan for a smaller wok what was not nonstick and not too heavy- and it certainly was not too heavy at all. What I liked about it was that it had a nice depth- not too shallow, and it was easy to handle. However, you do have to be careful when handling it, as the outside can scratch quite easily. The handles do stay quite cool which is nice. I use it for small stir fries- it's great for things like cooking eggs or frying, if you like to fry things. However, it is not so great for cooking for a family, as it is quite small- personal cooking is the best application for this product as it is small."..."  Read more

I needed a large fryer with high sides that wouldn't splatter all over my stove top as my large fry pan has done. This fits the bill. Not to say you won't get some spurts of oil but this fryer is a great help in correcting my problem.
