I needed to return the stools because the color was too dark. I bought two stools and paid $33 each with the discount they offered, and free shipping. When I inquired about a return label, they were going to charge me $33 to return the two stools because if you return they then charge you the cost of shipping both ways. Bottom line, they need to indicate on your order confirmation, how much the actual shipping would be if it weren't free so you know how much it will cost to return an item if need be. I ended up selling the stools to a co-worker thankfully, and will not purchase from Wayfair again.

The quality and color are exactly what we expected. The first stool was a little tricky to assemble, but after that we got the hang of it and assembly was easy.

Just what I was looking for and very good quality. Used two people for assembly so we could be sure we got the pieces together as closely and tightly as possible. One person holds pieces together tightly, the other person puts the screws in.

I had been on the hunt for similar stools online and at big box stores, but found they were overpriced for a somewhat poor quality product. I had ordered from Wayfair before, and had been very happy. The stools were no exception. Easy to assemble, sturdy, good quality product. The whole family loves sitting at out kitchen counter in comfort now.

The stools were easy to assemble and are durable and comfortable and look great. Only problem which was shipping company's fault is that they laid the boxes flat right in front of my garage door so I almost ran over them, while backing out of the garage. I hate when shipping companies do that!
