They have held up well, despite feeling relatively light. The stools are really cool, and allow for changing positions. Nice height. I was really worried about the color being a lot lighter than shown, but the picture turned out to be pretty accurate. If you look closely at the wood, it appears to be a medium-dark brown with cherry undertones. However, once everything was assembled and I stood back, it had that dark espresso appearance that I was hoping for. I was thrilled! The table top had a somewhat large imperfection in the stain, but considering the price paid and the free shipping, I decided to live with it. Overall I am very happy with the set! Was this helpful?
