I ordered this table to use as a standing-height desk in my classroom. Even using it for this purpose, I get compliments on how nice it is every time people walk into my room! It is absolutely perfect for two people as a dining table - hence the two stools! It is high-quality and it takes a bit of time to put together, solely because the set is sturdy. One of the girls that I work with is getting married and buying a house soon and she wants one because she sees how awesome it is and she knows that it was relatively inexpensive. Pros: Easy, but lengthy, assembly. Great finish. Color is true to pictures on site. Cons: Possibly the assembly, but I didn't put it together so I can't say if it was the assembly or the human assembling the set!
easy to assemble, just the right size

The item arrived when it was expected. I laid it all out on the living room floor and had it put together in about 30 minutes. No hitches. It went together easily. The table was easier to put together than the stools were--you had to pay close attention to the instructions to be sure the correct legscross bars were in the right place. But, it wasn't difficult. We use this as a breakfast table in a nook in the kitchen. Its a great place to read the paper and have a cup of coffee in the morning. Not too big--just the right size. We love it.

Stools were hard to put together, there are little tricks I didn't realize.

Pros: cost, quality, color, height Con: the stools have no back support and are a little slippery so they became VERY uncomfortable to sit in for an extended time and nearly impossible for my mom, I had to replace the stools
