Winsome Espresso 20 Bottle Wine Cabinet

The first one of these I ordered had an off kilter door and the magnet housings had cracked. I contacted customer service and they immediately shipped me a new unit, which was perfect. I love the piece and would definitely recommend taking a chance on it at that price.

It was very simple to put together, solid wood and veneers were of good quality. A great value for the quality of product you're getting....just beware that the color is very very dark, almost black.

I am very very very disappointed with this wine cabinet. I read on previous reviews that the doors were hard to close and now I realise that they are right. These doors will not close for anything. The assembly was really hard as well. I'm not pleased at all.

We really love this cabinet for our wine and wine glasses. The top area for wine glasses has enough space to hang glasses and keep our wine bottle opener and other accessories handy, yet out of the way. Did have a few small issues in assembling (instructions weren't always clear and some holes were difficult to reach).

Product was exactly what I expected. Looks good. Works great. [...] Easy to order. Had to re-drill a few misaligned holes and there was a slight scent, which is improving. Would recommend this product to friends.

I like my wine rack. The only thing I would say that is a negative, another owner commented on...the door does not completely shut. My boyfriend is good with those types of things so it was okay, but I feel that it should shut correctly without tweaking.

Of note, if you lose/break a hardware part, the manufacturer will ship a new one upon requesst andusually free of charge in you provide proof of purchase, etc.

Before I begin, please note that I purchased this product from a different company. Do not purchase this product. It looks very nice online, but you will be very surprised. After waiting two weeks to receive the product due to back-order, I received this cabinet with many pieces missing. I was missing so many pieces that it could not be assembled. I contacted the manufacturer (no website, forced to fax order form) and they stated that it would take somewhere between 5-10 days for me to receive the missing pieces. Also, it was very apparent that the product had been returned and repaired then resold to me. If you look closely at the corners of the piece, they have been damaged/dented and then repainted. It was also very apparent that it had been assembled and then disassembled. I read reviews online where other people had experienced the same issues but ignored them. I would take my advice.

Beware that the cabinet doesn't close perfectly. It needs a fair amount of tweeking to get it right.
