Mendini's parrot corkscrew is a beautiful tool with a delightful visual form. I had seen and admired pictures of it for a long time and when I finally decided to buy one, I was not disappointed. I actually found the real item to be more impressive than the photos. It works well and the materials have a quality look and feel. One minor flaw that I find annoying is the super small notch on the foil cutter. This makes opening the cutter just a bit more difficult and there's no excuse for this not being larger.
