I am extremely pleased with this wine console. I'm not a fan of distressed finishes, but I took a chance on this because I liked the style, dimensions, marble top, etc. The finish is just slightly distressed, which adds character, but doesn't look at all like an old, beat up piece of furniture. I particularly like the contrast of the umber finish, dark posts, and black granite top. Very stylish and versatile. I also am very pleased with the amount of wine I can store. It's designed to hold 18 bottles, 6 on each of the three racks. I thought I'd be able to stack an extra row of bottles on the top rack, but much to my surprise, I was able to stack an extra 5 bottles on top of each row, so it will hold 33 bottles with room to hang 8" tall glasses from the stemware rack. If you want to hang taller glasses, you can still store 28 bottles...11 on each of the bottom two racks and 6 on the top rack. That was an added bonus I hadn't expected!"..."  Read more

The wine rack was fine. Relatively easy to assemble (an extra hand would be helpful but not necessary). It has plenty of capacity for an average wine user, but not nearly enough for a wine aficionado. It would be nice if it came in other colors to match different decors. I doubt if I will use the glass holder, but it is there if you want it. Just be careful when adding or removing bottles on the top rack as the glasses are pretty close and you could easily break a glass."..."  Read more

This excellent rack when assembled is both solid and handsome. It holds enough bottles of wine in its smallest version to satisfy most households. The wine glass hangers at the top of the rack are stable and easily accessible. The only problem I found is that the hangers do not accommodate 3.5" stem bases. So I had to downsize my wine glasses and improvise a place for the larger ones. This wine rack has really strong hardware and is very well constructed. I used the wall mounting, but it also comes with some heavy duty chain and hooks for a ceiling mount. The espresso color is virtually black. It is not represented in the photo. I have a wide variety of stemware including some large Mikasa martini glasses (I can fit two per rack) and some very delicate sherry glasses (4 per rack). All fit perfectly. There is only one problem. The instructions (which are very poorly written) say that it needs to be mounted into studs, but the rack is larger than 16" wide. It is impossible to screw both sides into the stud. It does come with a couple of wall anchors, but they (unlike all the other hardware) are very poor quality and slid out of my drywall immediately. So, get yourself some molly bolts or toggle bolts for installation, you will require them. Other than that, I think it's very classy in appearance and well constructed.
