Excellent wine racks. Purchased two, and both arrived in good shape. The quality of the product is outstanding. Mahogany wood vs. pine or redwood from competitors, the pieces fit together perfectly. The predirlled nail holes really made assembly easy.
The only suggestion would be for more explicit assembly instructions, but the instructions were adequate.

I purchased this product to store wine in an unfinished room in my basement so appearance isn't nearly as important as function.
The assembly instructions are straightforward. They recommend using wood glue in addition to nails/screws. I absolutely agree.
I STRONGLY RECOMMEND pre-drilling ALL joints. The mahogany is so hard that the nails will bend and screw heads will strip otherwise. Might want to have a few extra finishing nails on hand just in case.
Finally, this is a heavy piece once assembled and it has to be turned over mid-assembly. Attach the top and bottom pieces after attaching one side's cross pieces but before turning over to do the other cross pieces. This adds stability so you don't crack anything when turning over."..." Read more
