These dining room chairs are extremely well made. Easy to assemble,really strong and sturdy. I love the way they look and feel!

The chairs are fantastic. I got the large Larchmont table, large bench and 6 chairs. The whole set is awesome for my fmaily of 5. There is plenty of room for the children to do homework and we have enough seating for guests. We use it everyday and it is very easy to clean, just wipe off the seats or use a little pledge. I am so happy with my set and so happy I didn't spend the extra 2,000 at PB for a similar table. The quality is excellent and it is very heavy and sturdy with thick pieces. I originally got the smaller table and bench but it was too small and the return was super easy with no problems. I was hesitant about ordering online without actually seeing it and I was not disappointed at all....love it!

Chairs are beautiful and sturdy. My husband and I are100percent satisfied with the purchase. The chairs are worth the price especially if you bought the matching table because they look amazing together.

Every delivery was prompt and in good condition, except for the Rude Delivery service.. They delivered the four Larchmont dining chairs. We waited 3 weeks, when they did call to confirm delivery date, I offered directions along with address that they had, being this is a hunting lodge, they declined, wanting me to call on morning of delivery. I did this at 7 a. m they declined again saying driver would arrive before noon and would call an hour before for directions. At 3 p.m. I had a message left on my phone 14 minutes earlier for directions. I called right back, he said he was on his way to another town and would not come back until the next week!!!!! He was directed to leave them in the large building whenever he did deliver them because we would not be here the next week!! He left them outside where they were rained on!!!! If this was your only delivery service I would never order from your company again!!!

Delivery was prompt though only half of my order arrived initially. Because the chairs are shipped two-to-a-box, there was confusion in the warehouse. I had ordered 4 boxes (8 chairs) and they only shipped 2 boxes thinking I meant 4 chairs. Customer service was professional & as prompt as possible in replacing the missing items. Despite this issues, I was generally happy with their customer service. (I had chosen to use this site since they are rated highly in their service.)
