The Durbar Sideboard is a Rustic style product. Rustic style uses a warm nature-inspired color palette: whites, browns, blacks, grays, and tans. Hints of green, orange, and red can be found as accent colors. Incorporating natural materials, such as wood, stone, leather, sisal, wool, clay, and various metal finishes, throughout the decor, is the key element to Rustic style. Contrasting textures and patterns are also used in this style. You can shop for more Rustic Sideboards & Buffets in the Furniture section of our site.

I'm very pleased with this buffet. The color is perfect and it is well made. The only thing I don't like is the cheap mechanism to keep the doors shut. You twist these small pieces of wood which overlap the doors and prevent them from opening. However, they seem to be leaving marks and scratching the finish. I may remove & put in something magnetic.

great piece, but VERY red

Erin from Findlay, OH– Verified Buyer

This is a beautiful piece. It is exactly as pictured EXCEPT that the finish is VERY red. Way too red for my tastes, actually... but after unpacking it and carrying it up a flight of stairs with my husband, I just don't have it in me to go through the hassle of trying to return it.

Love This Piece!

Taj from Antioch, CA

I'm using this piece in my entryway. It has the rustic charm that I was looking for. The person who complained about how the doors are made to close thought it too rustic, but it's perfect IF that's the look you're going for. It looks exactly as the photo. It's made well, has good weight and stability to it, and isn't hard to move at all. The stain is absolutely beautiful and I would definitely recommend this piece.

Beautiful piece!

Soflomom from Parkland, FL

I had been looking for a piece that was transitional and unique, one that seemed to have been purshased on a trip to Indonesia. I love this buffett, it is a bit rustic, but that's what makes it special. Not to big or small, which allows you to display it in other areas of the house besides the dining room, like foyer or living room. I am very pleased with it and have received many compliments on it.

malebub from Durham, NC– Verified Buyer

A bit too rustic and cheap looking for my tastes. Not very good quality, which is evident in the way the doors are held shut. For this price the manufacturer could have put door cathes inside the sideboard instead of the cheap looking wooden pieces that turn to keep the doors closed.
