Absolutely love our new hall tree ) It’s in several pieces, and a little time consuming putting together as the instructions wasn’t very clear and the pieces didn’t go the way they were suppose to. If a piece doesn’t line up correctly, just flip it with the other and hopefully that works as it did for us. Also, the baskets have an odd smell, but starts to reside after several days. So I will start with the cons they sent the whole Hall Tree in one box. So there was damage (did do the replace parts on their app, it was easy and fast to fill out and they are already working on sending me new pieces) and it was way to heavy to move by myself. It is also said that if you pay anything under 450-400 the furniture seems to always be made of partial board. (First few photos show areas of damage or the glue that was on it, glue did come off when clean it) Pros First we live on a budget so with the sale on that Wayfair was having and signing up for their card we only spent 170 for this item (just know it is cheaply made and not worth full price without discounts). Second the color is beautiful, wasn’t that hard to put together. The shoe compartments are small but long so you can buy two shoes on them that are bigger then small kids shoes (have a few photos to show how we did it). In the end I am happy I got it because it is a nice place to have our shoes and it works. If you have more money I would suggest to buy one that cost more and is made of real wood but if you are like me and can’t afford it this is a good substitute. Allena. I’m not impressed for 400! Huge package, separate pieces, tons of styrofoam - took about 1-1.5 hrs for two men to put together. Bottom base for draw arrive warpeddamaged.
