Starting reading about it and thought it would serve two purposes. One for the height I needed for a TV Stand and Heat for a medium size area. Spoke with customer service and they were very helpful. The stand sets you TV at eye level making it much better to watch. The heat and the look of the fireplace is very relaxing and useful at the same time. I love the remote ot the heater. Can use with or without heat and the same for the logs. Very nice. Just what I ordered. Service Review When speaking to the service department they couldn't have been any more nicer or helpful. Only issue I had was with the plastic screw covers, they tended to bend and not fit very well. I decided not to use them as the screws are not visible from the front of the unit. This is a heavy unit and I recommend two people for assembly. Heat output is good and is easy to adjust. Service Review Delivered as promised and in good condition, received within three days.
