I was impressed with the earlier than expected delivery, the deliverymen were very polite, quick and knew exactly what they were doing. No mess, no fuss, I love the furniture, it's even better than the picture! At first I thought, finally a piece of furniture of my own that I didn't have to be share with my kids (dogs) because they couldn't jump that high. No longer true (sigh).

I spend absolutely inordinate amounts of time sitting on this loveseat. I've had it for about 4 months so far and I love it! It's really comfortable and the fact that each side rocks or reclines individually is great.

I am very happy with this loveseat, it is so comfortable and attractive. Plus I love the fact that it rocks and reclines.

Hated to give this loveseat four stars, because it's overall so wonderful. Comfy, the right size for snuggling or not, easy to put the footrest up and easy to recline. But the fabric catches every hair and locks it in place and HOLDS, even against the suctioning power of a very determined Meile vacuum. If not for that, it would be five plus stars.

Delivery was a breeze. The driver was courteous, despite having a raging cold, and helpful - answering my questions when I'm sure he'd have rather gone home to sleep. Well packed and protected in a box-within-a-box packaging that ensured the loveseat arrived in perfect condition. Clear assembly instructions.

For shopping on line without seeing the product in store we were exceptionally pleased! great for snuggling with each other to watch tv or adding our 3 grandkids we ALL fit!!! they love it!!!!

I love this as it allows my hubby and I too cuddle and watch TV together. Only thing I would change would be there seems to be no "locking" mechanism so that if you extend it all the way back- you are basically holding it in place with your own body- Other than that- it is roomy and comfortable. Fabric is nice and seems pretty durable.

Service and delivery were as good as it gets.

We bought this loveseat just for snuggling while watching TV. It is fantastic. Individual rocking sides was something we didn't see on any other brand. The fabric is soft and cool - not sticky like leather. It is a BIG piece of furniture which we love. It looks just like something you would see in the living room of a rich rancher's home in Wyoming! Very comfortable while sitting, rocking and reclining. I would give it five stars but the only thing I wish it had was the "wall-hugging" feature. I'm buying the matching sofa as well - can't wait for it to come!!!
