We received the filing cabinet even sooner than expected, and when we opened the box, the cabinet was ALL IN ONE piece. No assembly! We were extremely pleased. The box was well packed and there was no damage of any kinds when we opened it up. The wood and fixtures are high quality and it really looks nice in our home rather than just a utilitarian piece.

I read the reviews and ordered one. It arrived as promised, with no damage to the shipping container. When I opened the box, I found that one of the sides was pulled out, the drawer slides were bent and the screws pulled out or stripped, and some of the interior supports were also pulled out of the sides. I decided to fix it myself and put it together right (the way it should have been the first time) instead of the hassle of sending it back. It now looks and works fine. I later found that I could have ordered the exact same thing from a local furniture store for almost the same exact price. Do yourself a favor and find one locally. Let the store hassle with the broken stuff.

I Love this item and it looks much better up close than in the picture. Very sturdy and holds more than I thought. Fast shipping and it arrived already assembled, in one piece!

Quick delivery, right to my door.

The file cabinet is just what I wanted but it was broken on arrival. It had obviously gotten jammed either in storage or during transit and the side panels separated. Also, the drawer glides were not secured correctly. We repaired rather than hassle with return, but it was very disappointing.

It was much better constructed than what I predicted from the price. The cabinet is fine furniture quality. It goes well with my antique oak roll top. As stated is a previous rating the drawers could be beefier. Over all it is what I needed and fits the bill well. I plan on buying another 2 drawer and possibly a couple of the 4 drawer. Again a handsome piece of furniture perfectly accenting my home office.

The most perfect thing about this piece of furniture is that it arrived totally assembled. Wonderful quality, very attractive and the right price. It's a pleasure doing business with Wayfairs.

I purchased this piece for my home office overflow. It is a beautiful and solid piece of furniture; not like the "glue-together" at your local discount box store.

Delivery was VERY prompt. The packaging for shipping was NOT sufficient and my item arrived damaged, however CSN customer service was EXEMPLARY in handling the problem in a prompt and satisfying way. This problem originated with the manufacturer/packaging, and NOT CSN stores themselves. I've notified both the manufacturer and CSN about the packaging deficiencies, so hopefully the problem can be corrected.

First cabinet was damaged and had to be returned. Replacement cabinet was backordered, but not for too long. This replacement cabinet has a few "dings" but these are not noticeable where the cabinet will be located.
