The website was leather and some buyers even thought so. Then we ordered and opened the package and realized the label indicated Vinyl material. Called in and confirmed it is the Vinyl, NOT leather. Due to the Holiday season and avoid the trouble ( I had already assembled a couple of chairs, repacking in the already broken box will also a pain. ) Accepted the settled discounted price, but still pretty higher than those from some of local store It was a horrible experience especially during the remodeling time and a Holiday season.

Customer service is quick to response to my problem but could not make me completely satisfied.

These chairs look nice at first but unfortunately, the manufacturing quality is very poor. We first received a pair with visible damage in the legs, and the company sent us a replacement. The major problem is that the legs are not in equal lengths, (some of them are visibly shorter than the other symmetric one - it is kind of disturbing when you look). We thought it was a single defect at first, but it appeared that all the 4 chairs (and even the new replacement ones sent later on) have the same problem. Eventually, we had to adjust the leg heights from the bottom rotating screws under the legs. Otherwise, the chair swings when you move a little while sitting. The issue is there is no way to fix these rotating screws, and since there is a significant difference between the lengths of the legs, they are loose after we adjust them. Therefore, over a very short period of time, it needs to be readjusted again and again... Moreover, the cushion is also not good quality. We just used these chair for 6 months and we are not overweight people. The cushions got softer and their shape got worse over a short period of time. We are very happy with the company's service but these chairs are not worth the price. Especially, the current price is way too high. We paid 159 for the pair during summer and that was ok since the chairs look nice and they are comfortable after adjustment. (even though we need to do the adjustment pretty often). I guess we got what we paid for, but I wouldnt buy these chairs again especially at the current price. We decided to write our review after we saw the current price hoping that it will make potential buyers to think twice.

These are easy to put together, and comfortable to sit on.I would recommend these chairs! I bought 20 of them!

We bought 6 of these chairs for our kitchen, every day use. They're great. They are good quality, look nice and clean up easily (which is the main reason for the purchase, we have 4 children). We are very happy with the color and love the style. They were also easy to assemble. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars was that 2/6 chairs were uneven after they were assembled and took some adjusting. Otherwise a great product.

Ther is an ackward dip in the seat when you sit on it for a while. Not very comfortable, as most China imports are!

I love the feel of the seat. It maks you sit properly do to the lift of the seat. It adjusts for balance on the bottom of the legs.It is nice.

OMG! Beautiful! Got these to update the dining room. Great price point and easy to assemble. The leather is supple and so expensive looking. Im so happy my dining room it looks so put together and will definitely order from you again.

We ordered these chairs a few weeks ago and absolutely love them! I highly recommend them - they are high quality (great leather, comfortable, solid build) and will hopefully stand the test of time.
