The materials used in this bed are top quality. Instructions are clear but you just need to be a little patient and somewhat proficient with basic tools. I'm pretty happy with this bed. The problem is that we were sent the wrong side panels and therefore the bed cannot be assembled until the right panels come but they tell me that I need to wait three more weeks for those to arrive. Its a good bed if you get the correct pieces. If you need to resolve an issue through customer service, good luck. Was this helpful? Yes / No

The only thing that I would suggest to the company would be to allow more set up time. The guys were very nice but so rushed. They did only what they could do in the 30 minutes that was allowed but even just 5 more minutes would give them a little breathing room. They are expected to do so much in such a short time, at least for this bed set-up. Was this helpful? Yes / No
