Nichole from Stow, Ohio	4.0 6/28/2011 Solid, Soft, and Beautiful! Product Review My boyfriend and I have searched long and hard for new furniture for our townhome. We felt like we would never find something that we could agree upon for the price, quality, and size of our space. This leather set is absolutely beautiful, and it is so comfortable! The quality is great, and even though it's slightly bigger than what we had anticipated, it works really well. The ottoman is an absolute must, and we have the sofa and loveseat positioned so that we can put the ottoman in between the two, and we don't even miss our old recliners! Service Review The delivery service was much less than expected. While the order shipped sooner than anticipated, the delivery truck missed the four hour window for delivery by over 2 hours! I called the delivery number that I received in an email to check on the status, and they couldn't even find my order! They did track it down and return my call, but I had expected better service. When the delivery arrived, the lift on the back of the truck bed didn't work, and the delivery man was incredibly unprofessional. These issues weren't with CSN Stores, but relate to the freight carrier that was used. Was this helpful? Yes / No

This sofa and love seat is even more beautiful in person. Not to mention that it is comfortable, and modern. I'm a satisfied customer. Tip, there is a zipper under the sofa and this is where the legs are. It's kind of hard to find being that the zipper is black just like the sofa.
