Fantastic Dining Set - [...] Product Review Was exactly as presented in the picture. very solid construction; the chair backs lean back a bit more than is comfortable. Assembly was straight forward, but the pieces are very heavy. It requires two strong men to bring the table top up with the weight of the pedestals. Service Review No, delivery was not prompt - in fact it took over four months to get this, while excuse after excuse. The company managed to get my telephone number wrong, three times I had to correct the level of delivery service, despite everyone acknowledging that I had paid for the white glove service. All in all, it made this experience unnecessarily stressful and involved a huge waste of my time, constantly following up each mess-up to get a fix. For example, after delay after delay, after delay, I was finally told that a company would contact me - UPS contacted me. I suddenly realized I had never seen a UPS driver do all the assembly, and removal of packing. So I called UPS and was told absolutely not, they don't do any of that. So ended up having to call CSN again. Opps, sorry, sent to the wrong delivery company. Said they would pick up the 600lb weight wrapped table and chairs and get them to a "real" delivery company. After weeks this happened, when I talked with the delivery company to confirm the arrangement, (because my telephone had been entered incorrectly, so they couldn't contact me, and CSN finally contacted me to contact them (the delivery company), I corrected the telephone number, and just because I am so frustrated by this, I asked them confirm the white glove service - oh no, not white glove service at all. When I told I had paid for this level of service, I was told that I would have to do the push-button-one, push-button-two yet again with CSN to get CSN to contact the delivery company to confirm the level of service. The view was put that a customer was more likely to get CSN to take action than if they the delivery company called. So yet again, the customer had to take action. For all of this aggravation, waste of my time, constant worry about trying to confirm everything, find out for myself what was happening; having operator after operator at CSN have me wait on the telephone while they went and confirmed what I was saying (thank's for trusting I might be right!), I got a miserly 5% reduction in the price. I cannot in all conscience ever recommend this company to anyone. |

Nice table Product Review The table is very nice. Worth the money!!! Service Review Yes delivery was prompt. Table was damaged and they sent another one out promptly. |
