I ORDERED 2 OF THESE BENCHES... ONE OF THEM WAS PERFECT THE OTHER ONE DID HAVE A UNEVEN LEATHER CUSHION PLUS IT LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE HAD LEFT A TOOL OR SOMETHING ON IT WHICH MADE A MARKING ON THE CUSHION . WHEN I CALLED CUST SVC REGARDING THIS I REACHED A REP NAMED CASSANDRA 12/30/11. SHE WAS WONDERFUL!! COULDNT ASK FOR A BETTER CUST SVC REP.. SHE WAS FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT,APOLOGETIC, & KNOWLEDGEABLE. SHE IMMEDIATELY ISSUED ANOTHER ORDER TO SEND OUT ANOTHER BENCH. .. I WAS AMAZED THAT I WAS TAKEN CARE OF SO QUICKLY WITHOUT ANY HASSELS... KUDOS TO CASSANDRA..!! I WOULD DEFINITELY ORDER AGAIN FROM WAYFAIR.

DELIVERY WAS PROMPT. RECEIVED MERCHANDISE ALOT SOONER THAN EXPECTED... WAYFAIR GETS " A +" FROM ME....OH, BY THE WAY THE SECOND BENCH I RECVD WAS PERFECT...

This bench looks really good, but is poorly designed. I had used the bench for only 3 months when if fell to pieces. The leg design is not made to support sitting. It was also made of cheap wood that splintered when it broke. This bench colapsing actually resulted in personal injury.

We had this bench and used it to sit on to put shoes on. One of the legs broke comeplely off within 1 month of use. Now, we don't know how to replace the leg.

A pair fits neatly at the foot of the bed! This was a gift sent to a family member after searching both in stores and online to find something appropriate.

This bench is absolutely amazing. It is exactly how it appears and is very durable. In fact, we have ordered an additional one for my autistic brother's special education classroom. I rated this product four stars instead of five merely because it is difficult to assemble. It is hard getting particular screws in it. Yet, if you have a handy man around (or a power tool), then you might not have any problems. This product is a contempary piece that looks very classy, yet easy to clean when used by children.

Very pretty little bench that fit in with my existing pieces perfectly.

This bench is perfect for our use in a spare bedroom. Also, a great value. There was some difficulty assembling it though, because the holes on the ends were not large enough for the washers to slide in to. My husband sanded down the edges of the washers to get them to go in. Overall, a very nice product.
