2 of the most important things to me were comfort and head support. [...]Unfortunately, the manufacturer was not able to give that dimension which in its self left me a bit weary. I thought, though, buying online, these are the chances you take. It turns out it does not go high enough in the back to support your head. The cushions are "ok" as far as comfort but I expected better. [...] My advice? Don't buy something like this online if you don't have to unless you know someone who already has.
