I think the only problem that we had was putting it together! We didnt read the directions at first just started putting it together but after we read the instructions it was pretty easy to do! My son is o helth young man and it is holding up well and I have even slpet up on the bunk...will not have to buy another bef for at least 4 or 5 years! Was this helpful? Yes / No

However, I'm surprised that there is no opening in the rails at the top of the ladder. My son has to climb over the edge of the bed. My daughter has a different loft bed by a different manufacturer and there is no opening on this model either???? Bunk beds have a climb in area... Was this helpful? Yes / No
