Not very hard to set up, I did it myself and I am a "woman" LOL! Only complaint I have is that the stain on the wood seems to have a funny odor that doesn't seem to go away very quickly! We sometimes have to air out our sons room, because it gets strong. Service Review My biggest problem when ordering this bed was the slow delivery! It is very frustrating to go to the tracking and see you item sit in a location for a week, move to the next location and sit for a week again! It took over a month and a half to get to us. The estimated delivery date came and passed long before it arrived! The service people who tracked the order could not tell me more than I could find out myself, which was also frustrating! My advice is, if you have to order anything from here and you live in Canada give yourself 2 months time to expect it to come, since in my case they certainly were not quick! Was this helpful? I bought it for my guest room for my grandchildren when they come to visit, but the full on the bottom is adequate for a full-sized adult. The drawers under the bed are kind of hokey though. They aren't on any rails, they sit on the floor, not really attached to the bed and they are pretty shallow. Service Review Delivery was exceptional.
