Button and middle horizontal panels are not solid wood. Some side panels came with the scratches on the internal sides. Fireplace unit itself was packaged well but when I opened the box and remove packaging protective material some of the edges were bent (twisted) with pilled of paint. The assembling of the unit didn't give me any hard time at all. The overall the unit is good and working fine. Was this helpful? Yes / No

Winerykids from Eville, in	4.0 1/29/2012 Pretty Good I love the look. The fire is pretty and you can change the look. The remote is handy. There is no place for a third receiver for our stereo because we used the top shelf for our DVD player and our Direct TV receiver so we put it in sideways in one of the side compartments. The hardware to put it together was the good stuff which was great but it still had some sway once built. It could use more support on the back. The issue of wires was a problem too. For one, we couldn't put the back on the compartment with the receiver because there were no cut outs allotted for this. Also, today's technology requires fat cables so it was a nightmare trying to get the wires through the holes. There really needs to be punch outs across the whole back to match your wires. Otherwise, love it. And it is really pretty Was this helpful? Yes / No
