I absolutely LOVE this table set! The quality is superb! Its very rich looking and it was also easy to put together. Did it by myself in about 45 minutes or less. I have a photo to post but not sure how to add it on to my review. I would definitely recommend buying this set ! ! ! Its solid wood table top and seats. No veneer. Its beautiful!

Everything about this purchase was great. The phone sales rep went out of his way to help us select the correct item, the price was HALF of what we had seen elsewhere, the kit arrived in two days, assembly was a snap, and it looks GREAT! Very "airy" so fits in anywhere - kitchen nook (where we have it), porch, living room corner, bar, etc.

Completely satisfied. Of course it needed assembly! But assembly was easy, didnt take a rocket scientist...this 54 year old woman did it alone just fine with my power screwdriver! The wood color is rich and looks more expensive than the cost. Adjustable table legs was a nice surprise. I find it very sturdy, perfect for a small space and exactly as described. Why pay more

Did not have pre drilled holes. did have markings as to where to place legs. Has to be assembled. Take your time putting it together and it will be fine. I live in a small apartment and needed a small table for kitchen.

the set looks really nice.. looks like it cost much more than it did.. the only problem is the wood - which is quite thick!! - does not have pre-drilled holes. so you will definitely need a power drill, and probably a man;)

Small table fit nicely in our small kitchen area. The chairs short enough to sit with your legs under the table unlike some barstool height chairs.

Exactly what I was looking for, easy to assemble, but the table and chair legs looked green to me in the picture and they are black.

I like the look of the set, and I'm very pleased with how it looks in the room I put it in (kitchen). My concerns are [...] about the required assembly. I feel I'm pretty handy, so I handled it fine, but as others have said, there are no pre-drilled holes and the metal was bent and needed hammering in order to get it to meet the wood in order to screw it in place. The screws went in fine with a bit of pressure, so that's not why pre-drilled holes were important. The reason pre-drilled holes WERE important was to know how to line up the metal and wood elements so that the finished product looked right (i.e. wood seat centered on metal legs, etc.). Luckily I thought of this ahead of time and worked to center everything, but it still wasn't great. But all in all, I like how it looks and it served my purposes well. [...]

My delivery was very prompt, much quicker than I expected, so that was great. However, one of the seats had a large scratch on it. But given the strict return policy, I felt I was stuck. I had to open the box to discover the scratch, but their policy makes it seem like once I open it, there's nothing I can do. I don't like return policies like that because it puts me at risk. If something arrives damaged, I should be able to replace it for one that is not damaged. That was the one thing that gave me pause when I thought about ordering this product, because I felt it was risky to order from a company with such a strict and unfair policy. I took the chance and, unfortunately, it was damaged.
