We got very excited to assemble our chairs and it seemed so easy that we didn't realize there is a slight difference in the shape of the legs. When it didn't sit level, we went back a realized we hadn't followed the arrows on the legs. BTW - a couple were missing. At that point we could see the difference and install them correctly. They are great for our use - a consultation room in a doctors office.
