Not happy....

When we received this product, we were veeery excited! When we opened the box, the couch looked to be in very good condition. When we pulled it out, all the pieces were there, andfit together pretty well. When my husband and I got it together and went to sit in it for the very first time, we noticed that when the reclining feature was used, the couch attempted to fold in on us. The armrest went crooked and angled in, the back of the couch went slightly sideways, and the footrest wouldn't come out all the way. In addition to the structural issues, the fabric feels really cheap. It has a bit of a Velcro feel to it. For spending almost $500 on this couch, I am sorely disappointed.
