This is a high quality product. Good solid wood, beautifully finished, and fairly easy to assemble (requires only 2 Allen wrenches which are included). I say fairly easy because of some of the angle are a little awkward and the seats are fairly heavy. I recommend you assemble the table first (a snap) then attach the legs to the stool. Leave the legs loose and fit the foot ring inside the legs and tighten all the bolts. Put a towel or blanket on the table and invert the stool and place it on the table. Makes securing the seat back much easier. As an aside, The picture doesn't show the table top. It has a beautiful octagonal design in it which we really liked. A nice surprise. We also had a seat back that had a slight flaw in it (we could have lived with it- it was very slight) but a call produced a replacement with no questions asked. Just good old fashion service. Highly recommend.

Good solid construction, heavier than I thought it would be, and very attractive. [...] The seats swivel, but also are spring loaded to return to their original position once released. T[...]. Assembly of both was rather straightforward so the pictorial assembly instructions were fine (they don't waste time putting a written description of the assembly process) Be careful when assembling the seatbacks to the seat. Instructions call for one long screw on one side and a shorter screw on the other. If you decide to use the longer screw, watch carefully as you screw it in that it does not go in too far and push out on the veneerer of the seat. I ordered two seats and the first one was fine, but the second one suffered some minor cosmetic damage with the longer screw. I removed it and used the shorter screw (thankfully there was extra screws of both sizes in the package) and it seems to have enough engagement that it won't be a problem as a long term solution.
