Nice little desk for occasional use. Easy to put together. Did not use insert. drilled a hole in the back and I can put my laptop in side to charge when not using.

I would have given it 5 stars but one leg did not slip into its slot and I had to cut one of the bars to make it fit. Customer Service assured me if I messed it up they would send me a new one but it worked out perfectly. I had to purchase a little saw and glue which I am sure will be put to other uses. Getting lots of compliments and now can hid the mail and those nasty bills until I have time for them! So love it!

This is a very cute small secretary that packs a punch! Not only does it look good but it functions well. Lots of space for envelopes, stamps, etc in the cubbies and 3 deep drawers to boot! The bottom drawer has a hanging folder attachment but my folders are hitting the top of the drawer preventing the drawer from closing properly. No problem though, I just laid my folders flat in the drawer. There is plenty of room. Looks good, functions well, great price and NO ASSEMBLY!!!

Excellent purchase...arrived promptly...looked exactly like photo...very nice...fits the space great....only thing wrong, wished it was a little bigger....other then that I totally love it

Perfect, I love it competely. It was on sale at a good time plus extras off with coupon I had. My husband loves it also. I am very happy that I got. It was the easiest thing only had to put on the legs. It was packaged so well that it took longer to get it unpackaged than it did to put it together.

This secretary is just what I was looking for as a small office space in my dining area. It matched my cherry furniture perfectly! I love that when you pull down the desk that the supports come out automatically...nice touch! There were some reviews that mentioned a strong smell. I think it must be residual from the finish. It smelled up the place for a few days, but went away, at least from the outside. The inside still smells a little when you open it, but if you leave it open for a few days it will likely air out. The drawer holds files nicely, you just can't put the top tabs on them. I solved that issue by using a Sharpie to write on the top inside each file so I can figure out what is what. It's totally fine. You DO need to be careful though when opening the bottom file drawer though, as it can tip the whole piece over if you pull it out too far. The two small drawers are great for a lot of odds and ends.... Overall I am very happy with it and have recieved a bunch of complements on how pretty it is.
