I decided to do an all white desk and this one was a great value for the price. The assembly was easy and I have received numerous compliments already on the desk. My only criticism is that it's painted white, but it's matte and should have some sort of a lacquer or clear gloss coat over the paint to protect it. The white paint is subject to staining and marks over time. Luckily, my mother-in-law is very handy so we may gloss it ourselves to keep it in good condition. Other than that, it's a beautiful desk with clean lines and sturdy wood!

I originally saw this desk at[...], but it was out of stock, and I needed it within a two week time frame. I was so excited to see that Wayfair had the same desk for less [...] Overall, it looks great and I would have one in my own home.

despite being a great looking modern desk here are the major issues without exaggeration:1) the wood is really cheap 2) the edges of the wood pieces appear unfinished and not sanded well so you have flakes of white wood paint falling off3) the paint is extremely low quality and doesnt even seem glossy in certain places...did i mention they miss a few spots in the paint job?4) the under side of the desk had black spots (possible wood mold) when delivered to me. the bottom of the desk was unfinished wood????5) the white desk had weird stains and smudges all over the legs that would not come off when wiped with a damp cloth.6) some pieces of the wood were ill fitting to the connecting pieces so there woudl be gaps when you tighten down the bolts7) the website stated they had 30+ desks in stock and then emailed after to say it was back ordered. took 3 weeks to get the desk.8) The desk, after tightening all the bolts still wobbles[...]This was an overall furniture FAIL!DO NOT BUY. CHEAPLY MADE, [...] and BAD OVERALL
