Not happy...but my nephew is thrilled.
Patricia from Philadelphia, PA– Verified Buyer
The Chair was very difficult to put together with many bolts/bolt holes being misaligned. Once we managed to put it together the rest of the issues started! The chair seemed to be perpetually lurching forward. So much so that sitting near the edge was dangerous. To make matters worse I have hard wood floors in room this chair was being used. As a result the chair would go flying across the floor, a little too easily, every time you rolled in any direction. When you add the loose casters with the chairs 'desire' to lunge forward the combination was unsettling! The chair also squeaked and creaked with even the slightest movement. We were unable to send it back, due to the expense of shipping and we really felt done in until my sister intervened. She believed half the problem was the hard wood floors; we completely agreed. So she took the chair for her oldest son (late teens) and they have had no issue. My sister agrees that she also feels as if she if falling forward but her son, who seems to be in a permanent slouch since puberty, has no complaints. Actually my nephew is thrilled to have a "cushy" and "fancy" computer chair for his room. Plus, with the carpeting in his room, he has had no problem with the wheels.
Nice looking, but not stable

The chair looks exactly like the picture, very handsome. It was difficult to put together, and still seems to tilt to one side. After 30 days of light use, one of the arms kept pulling away from the back of the chair. The hardware was not sufficient to keep it attached, so we inserted super glue, and it is now solidly attached.
Not just any 10 yr.old can put this together

Wildon Home PR is worthless..you can't get any info out of them..the chair seat is 18" off the floor...18" wide and deep and the cushion about 2" thick...getting the seat screwed to the back is not east..the bolts are very hard to get started right...if you cross thread one thats it for the chair....once you get them together they are comfortable and look nice but tend to squeak when you rock...one of my chairs only has 3 bolts holding the seat mechanism to the seat because there was nothing there to recieve the bolt...the chair is made in china.

Annoying to assemble or I'm just bad... having an extra hand could help. One of the wheels does not want to go in no matter what I do, I finally managed to get it 3/4ths of the way in, done trying, whatever. Other than that, the chair is pretty comfortable, I'm using it as my computer chair.
Firmer than I expected

I expected the cushions to be softer. I found them to be firm. I found that to be a bit disappointing. Otherwise, they are nice.

I think the quality of this chair is ok and it is pretty comfortable. It is just as described on the website.

I wish I would have paid closer attention to the specs of the chair and the previous reviews. I didn't realize that they chair does not adjust height wise (up and down). The first time I tried to roll it under my desk it scraped against the side and scraped the finish right off. I don't know if it's poorly designed or what, but the entire chair is noticeably crooked and leans to one side. It looks awful. We followed the instructions explicitly and for the life of me I can't figure out why the chair is crooked. There's really no rhyme or reason as to why it should lean. When it comes right down to it I just wish I never would have purchased the chair. I like the looks of the chair, but really, it was a poor choice. I'll pay closer attention next time.

Just what we were looking for - comfort and function!
Patti from Luzerne, PA– Verified Buyer
I'm so glad I bought this chair! The quality is outstanding -- the wood finish is beautiful and the whole thing is very solid, not at all flimsy. The fabric is microfiber -- I'm not sure if the listing says that, but it looked to me like more of a plain cloth in the picture, so I was pleasantly surprised. The seat is VERY firm but quite comfortable, especially once you start a-rockin'. I put this in my living room because I wanted to squeeze in one more place to sit, but didn't have room for a big upholstered chair. It's perfect. One word of advice: When you're assembling it, leave all the screws a little loose until the whole thing is together, then tighten them up. The construction is so solid, once the screws are tight there's no play, which makes it hard to line everything up.

Nice chair and great look for the price. Using this as more of an office chair, without the office look.
