Wildon Home ® Ashland 24" Stool in Natural/White
Do not follow the sequence of directions.

I suggest that you insert the top of the legs into the seat first then draw the legs together with the counter-sunk screws. I followed the directions and ended up routering the holes in the bottom of the seat so that the angles of the legs top matched. Sturdy check for the money and I was satisfied with the finish.
Good chair but difficiult

I like the chairs and they are just what I wanted, but they are a PAIN to put together. They should come assembled or asked when ordering if you want assembled or unassembled.

Very Good Quality on a Budget

Assembly was simple, except for attaching the seat/back assembly to the turntable. Glue and assemble all joints of the base and legs, stand the assembly on its legs, and even out the legs before tightening the hardware, to avoid a wobbly (uneven) leg assembly. Use glides that are domed or that conform to the leg angle to protect the floor; the ends of the legs are cut perpendicular, instead of being cut flat (parallel) to the floor.
