So far, so good.

I searched a lot for a baker's rack before purchasing this one. I read reviews on this site as well as others that featured this same unit. Wayfair had a better price and offered free shipping, so I purchased it here. The baker's rack probably took my boyfriend about an hour to put together. The baker's rack sits in my kitchen and holds many things I didn't have cabinet space for. The drawers are light, so nothing too heavy should go in them. What others commented on as far as the height is true, it is slightly shorter than most baker's racks. But the dimensions on the website are correct, so you should just measure it out in your home. Other than that, no other concerns. The colors are nice and I would definitely recommend purchasing for the price.
Pretty good for the price

I built this rack in less than 45 minutes and thought it was pretty sturdy all things considered. It looks great in my kitchen and I am happy to have the extra storage it brings. I was going to use it to put liquor bottles on as a sort of bar, but most of them wouldn't fit between the main shelf and the first smaller one. (Just to give you an idea of size). I ended up storing all my table linens and cookbooks instead which was still a space saver! Overall very happy with this product for the price tag!
Perfectly matches description!

I bought this for the kitchen to help with pantry and countertop space... I planned on putting lightweight items in the baskets (half-eaten bags of chips, marinade packets, quinoa, rice, fruit snacks, etc) in the bins and the microwave on the main shelf. Everything's great, just be aware that if you plan to put a microwave on it, make sure there is nothing breakable on the top two shelves. The unit itself isn't wobbly, but when you open and close the microwave door, it tends to move the shelf. The top shelves aren't solid, so things that have a broader base work best. I have my canister set on the middle shelf and a plant and canvas art decor on the top! Pros: VERY easy assembly, perfect for the space, not too overwhelming, practical Cons: Shelves aren't solid - but then again, if used as a true "baker's rack", you wouldn't want solid shelves!

arrived on time and was a breeze for my daughter and I to put together! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new bakers rack!! have my micro wave on wooden shelf, dish towels and goodies in the bottom two baskets, phone books and cereal in top two baskets. They are large enough to hold everything and it looks exactly like the photo. Would highly recommend this bakers rack, very happy with it! shirley
Nice, fairly easy to put together
Rena from Cordova, TN
It is as nice as it looks. I originally thought it would be made of a nicer/heavier metal, but for the price is good and sturdy. Have to be careful to examine each piece exactly, as they look almost alike, to make sure you put it together as directed. Only problem I had, was a metal bar was missing the inserts that lock the screws in, and didn't have a hole drilled where a screw needed to be. Easy... easy fix, instructions had 800 number, friendly customer service, and they had no problem sending me a new part. Be sure you keep the instructions, as you will need the number and the purchase order number on there if you need to contact them. Overall, happy with my purchase and would buy again.

I honestly wasn't expecting much from this piece given its price point, but I was pleasantly surprised! Was able to put it together quickly, it fits perfectly in my space and the wood board actually complements my cabinets nicely. I would definitely recommend this product! The only negative thing I would say is that I am not comfortable putting anything breakable on the top shelf…the combination of being a bit of a klutz and the top shelf being open - I had originally wanted to put a cute ceramic dog treat jar there…after about 5 seconds, I had visions of it crashing down and decided the cookie jar would be better left on my kitchen counter

We needed a coffee station for our kitchen, so this was perfect. We have coffee and tea in the top 2 bins and miscellaneous stuff in the bottom 2 bins. We used hooks to hang some coffee mugs, and the rest sit on the top shelf. The only thing is that our coffee pot didn't fit under the lower shelf, so we took out the shelf. The good thing is that the way the rack is designed, you wouldn't even know there was supposed to be another shelf, the bad part is, we lost the shelf. But it still works wonderfully, and it was my fault for not measuring. We needed a narrow shelf for a specific spot in our kitchen and it fits great. And easy to put together too!
Pretty storage solution

Just love the baskets storage idea. Very easy to put together, shelf is very sturdy and whole rack is stable after tightening the screws. The rack is also relatively small in size, not too tall, not too wide, so fits perfectly in small spaces. I would not recommend real plants on it, since the laminated shelf is not happy with water, but artificial plants are ok. Also since the rack is made of metal, it can rust if outdoors and exposed to moisture. Mine is on the porch, so I sprayed the metal with protective coat and hope it lasts for years like the previous one did.
Cute, but room for improvement
Dena from Los Angeles, CA – Verified Buyer
I bought this so I could put my microwave on it. It's cute but the shelves are just bars, and I ended up having to buy additional baskets to actually keep things in because otherwise they won't sit level or will outright fall through the cracks. The piece is actually quite attractive and it was easy to put together, baskets hold quite a bit, but they are a bit flimsy when you actually move them in and out. Overall I am pretty happy with this purchase.
Baker's Rack met our needs
Linda from Phoenix, AZ – Verified Buyer
We just needed something for displaying nick-nacks and also have some 'hidden' storage areas. This met our needs pretty well. The only problem is that the wires of the shelves are far enough apart that they won't hold nick-nacks that are too narrow or have 'legs' abd they tip or fall through. A positive comment is that when one of the larger parts broke during assembly, the manufacturer quickly sent a replacement part with no hassle. We would buy from them again.
