This is a piece of JUNK!
Kate from Sherman Oaks, CA – Verified Buyer
I bought this TV stand a month ago. When it came (after two weeks!), the top was damaged one of the front corners was splintered and cracked. Wayfair was super helpful and ordered me a replacement top. They were super - this is by no means a Wayfair problem - this problem is solely with the manufacturer. After another two weeks, I received the replacement top -- which is also damaged It was poorly packed in loose pieces of styrofoam - and BOTH corners on one end were damaged, as if the piece had been dropped multiple times BEFORE it was packed in the box at the factory. Since I had already paid nearly $300 for this piece of furniture and had waited for a month to receive it, my friend and I decided to assemble it while I wait for yet another replacement top. It is fairly simple to put together. However...it is missing critical pieces of hardware: the pegs that hold the middle shelves - there were no pegs in the box. So, the two middle shelves are simply lying in the bottom of the stand, while my TV, cable box and DVD player are all stacked on top, rather than neatly tucked away inside the cabinet. The doors hang crookedly, as they have no support except for the hinges and the magnet keeping them closed. In order for the doors to appear level, I had to insert cardboard shims under the inside corners of the doors. Also, one of the center shelves has been left unfinished on all four sides, which means that you can see the rough pressboard through the glass doors. Don't waste your money on this. It's not worth what I paid for it. It's junk.
Perfect in every way !

This TV stand looks exactly the way it does on line. The measurements were exact. The packaging was excellent. The best part was the ease of construction. I have made several pieces of furniture including desks & cabinets and this was by far the easiest. No tools required though I did use a rubber mallet to make sure edges were smooth. The best part was the doors came pre-attached so no need to get the hinges perfect so the doors hung right. This was a great purchase for our needs and when considering the price I would highly recommend this stand. Ease of construction, great value for price. None as far as we were concerned.
It's a beautiful TV stand!

It arrived within several days of purchase, which was wonderful. The stand looks exactly like the picture, and my TV fits beautifully on it. There are two little scratches on each side, but not significant enough to return. It wasn't too difficult for my son and I to assemble, and now we are enjoying it. (optional) Example: Great value, easy assembly, durable finish (optional) Example: Not enough color options

One of the best buys for the house, since we moved in August. Very high quality for the price we were looking in town and on the web for something to match our bedroom décor We found this on Amazon along with other items It took longer to get the pieces out of the package then it did to put it together No special tools needed and the instructions were simple to understand Would recommend this to anyone
This is a kit?

We needed a new Tv stand for a small room and wanted a credenza style. I love to shop online and happened on the website. I put in the dimensions and this one popped up. I thought it looked really nice and I like a darker wood. I was a little leery, but I read all the reviews and thought I'd chance it. I am so glad I did, the stand is gorgeous, I can't believe it's a flatpack piece of furniture. It was fairly easy to put together, though I did need a rubber mallet and a towel because the sides did not slide down easily into place. When it was done, it was very sturdy but, I could not get over how beautiful it was. Never dealt with this company before but would not hesitate to do so again. All in all, very happy with my purchase.

We are very picky about what we buy, we a lot of research before purchasing...this came along and was a great price for what you get. We are very happy and have bought other items from this company, and have also recommended this web-site to others. You can't go wrong with the price, shipping, and guarantees.
Mis-Advertised, Cheap Construction

This stand is NOT solid wood, so the answer I read from the Wayfair Q&A section is wrong. It is almost entirely PARTICLE BOARD and LAMINATE. The shelves have large slots in them for ventilation - this is a nice thought, but very poorly executed. The vent slots are very roughly machined and caused the laminate to begin chipping around the edges. One of the corners on the top got smashed in during shipping (thankfully it is in the back and not very visible). The construction is plastic T's that slide into slotted metal brackets, wood dowels, and cam locks. You'll want to make sure to check that the metal slots are clear of small styrofoam pieces and have a rubber mallet on hand. The assembly is quick, is possible with one person and very easy with two. It isn't visible in the picture, but the center divider extends down to the floor in the back. One nice thing is that the cable management slots are nicely sized and there are four total. The doors also fully open. All in all, the stand ultimately looks fine and will probably last about 2 years if you don't move it or beat it up, but is poorly designed to withstand any real abuse. I certainly would not purchase this stand if you have any kids. It is worth $100-150, tops.

This has been a great cabinet for us. The size is perfect for our 50" plasma TV and the openings are large enough for the stereo tuner, CD and DVD player, etc. It arrived with a small blemish in the top and Wayfair went the extra mile to send a new top. They want you to be satisfied. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
Satisfied but be Forewarned!

This credenza looks great in the room, easily fits my 42" Philips LCD and AT&T U-Verse transmitter, and holds several peripheral devices (DVD player, DVR) as well as some coffee table books. It is very sturdy. The wood is a dark, rich coloring and, most importantly, is real. A slight consideration is that the door obscures an inch to inch-and-a-half on the bottom level. So, make sure the book is a thick one or your TV periphery has its infrared port fairly high off the ground. Still, it's enough to get 5 stars but for a small flaw I discovered during assembly. "No Tools Required" means assembly comes through a series of interlocking tabs. Four per vertical support, they are a bit brittle as I discovered when one snapped off during assembly. The good news, of course, is that the piece is strong enough that it doesn't really seem to matter. If you can get it assembled without that problem, then you'll be even happier than I am.
Tech-Craft 50 TV Stand

Great qualitysturdy tv stand. Simple to put together and looks great with my other furniture. It is a little darker than the picture shows but it was ok for us. I wish there were a couple more small vent holes for air circulation, but I believe I can make my own easily enough if needed later. Originally found this at a leading name brand furniture store but the price on Wayfair was less and also had free shipping. The store would not price match so I purchased from here based on other reviews, glad I did.
