White Boards

This was the most inexpensive magnetic board we could find for its size. It works well. The only issues we had with it were:(1) There was a small crease on one side of the white part of the board(it was good enough for us to accept) (2) the mounting clips work, although we had to figure out how to insert the board into the clips. -Also the clips scratch the black frame part but if you are only planning on mounting it once or using re-mounting with the clips touching the black border than it should be fine. There is another way to mount the board as well but I think the clips are the recommended way to attach the board to the wall. We mounted the board as if it were a portrait and it looks great. The children have been drawing on it and I have been creating math problems for them to solve by a mix magnetic numbers and dry erase markers. No major issues so far. This was a great addition to our house and looks far nicer than the conventional white board. We've had it for 3 months now and we like the look of it in our modern house. We also love the transparency so you can print off a calendar and tack it to the back. My only recommendations - plan, pencil and plot your anchors by taking the mounts off the glass first so you can draw the exact placement of your screw holes. They don't tell you this but that's the best way to avoid variances. Also - there is no magnetized metal so the only way you can tack slips of paper is the post-its or pick up some of those large tooth paper clips. That would be my only product recommendation was to give the board an option tray or make the mounts magnetic so you can post things easier."..."  Read more
