Heavy Duty. Very sturdy but a bit ackward to clean - way better than another brand on the website. Enough room to take extra large baking potatoes. |

One Tough Machine I knew this unit would work fine for Russet Potatos but was concerned about making Sweet Potatoe Fries since they are very difficult to cut with a knife. Have used it three times and it has worked great. It takes alot of leverage to make the SP fries but is worth the effort. |

Caution Hard to cut large, hard potatoes. Must cut them into quarters before running them through cutter |
