Weston 36" Vertical Propane Gas Smoker - 41 0301 W

Only complaint is it's not insulated, hard to maintain temp on a cold winter day, unless you move it to a priotected area away from any wind, then again I did "test" it on a turkey on one of the coldest days of the year here, we had a high that day of 48 and the wind was blowing... other then that, this is hands down the best smoker I've ever owned...

East to assemble. Smoked the meat beautifully and cleanup was easy. Highly recommended!!!

Product Review

The smoker has a large capacity. We smoked 4 large slabs of ribs and they fit. The smoker is new and used only once. We miss calculated how long it would take to smoke the ribs. We had a hard time getting the temperature to sustain at 190. I saw where many smokers' temperatures run way too high. That won't happen with this one. We'll have to use it a bit more to see if the temps can run a bit hotter. I think it would help if the sidewalls had some sort of insulation.

I was surprised at how fast the grill arrived after I ordered it. I think maybe three business days.

Nice Product easy to clean. Wood bin needs to be bigger must refuel with wood every hour. Easy to regulate temp, just have to play with the air inlet on bottom side. adequate water pan. Much better than the units currently seen at large chain stores. This unit is great for beginners or mid level. Can hold about 50# of meat.
