I bought one of these several years ago, and I would not be without it, its the perfect product not to heat the house up. Its great for roast, pulled pork awesome, Meat is so tender you will never go back to oven cooking. I bought my second one just in case they stop making this model. I highly reccomend this product you will never be sorry. Never use dry always use some kind of liquid or soup.

I gave my old cooker to a friend because I couldn't lift the ceramic insert any longer. I chose this one due to the versatility of this piece; it has really measured up to my standards. Terrific idea...all the components are separate AND it has a carrier AND it has a flat top cover AND you can cook in it on the stove top AND you can cook in it in an oven. You will definitely enjoy this cooker.

I initially had a problem with the base--no matter what temperature setting (yes, even on 1) the food bubbled. I called West Bend, they sent me a new base and the problem was solved. Great customer service.

We loved and used our old West Bend 5 Qt cooker for many years and it simply wore out. I finally found it again on-line and ordered it right away. I love the new lid, old one was heavy and hard to pickup. The new one is very user friendly. Perfect for parties or small families. We love it........

I love this cooker, and with a tote bag, that is a bonus, I also love the fact that it is oblong in shape for things you cannot put in a round slow cooker,,and the fact that you can use it as a griddle too..FANTASTIC I just love it.

I really love this cooker. Its perfect for a small family.

This product is the perfect size for 2 to 4 people. It cooks so nicely and evenly. I have one from 30 years ago that still works but because of its age I hate to leave it on when I am not at home. The only thing I found with the newer one, is that the coating is not as durable as the old one and scratches easily.

I love this and was so happy to find it again. I got one lots of years ago and bought it again and will buy it again and again...love it.
