I always spend weeks researching a product on line before I buy. This bench is the one I selected out of everything on the market today. Yes there are better benches out there but for the money spent I think this is probably one of the best values. Once I recieved it and started using it I'd say I'm extremely happy with my decision. Best feature is it is very light but sturdy. I move this bench into my smith machine one day and then out of the way for other exercises the next day. It gets moved a lot and it's not cumbersum.
