Excellent product. Probably the best in its price category.
Pros:
-Comfortable and looks durable;
-Has a set of wheels that allow easy transportation;
-Many increments, plus decline!
-Stable bench, doesn't rumble.
-The back support is large enough for big guys.
-The seat can be inclined and there's also a leg support if you need it, although I only find it useful for decline exercises.
Cons:
-Seat too large in my opinion
-There is a rather noticeable gap between the seat and the back support part. Requires you to adopt certain postures while laying on the bench to avoid putting pressure in the gap.
-You do have to lift the bench pretty high to use the wheels, but that's better than no wheels!
Notes:
I usually put my feet on the bowflex'S round logo on the ground support part while using it as a flat bench. This is due to the fact that you have to adopt a certain posture to avoid the gap and the seat is too long. I compared this bench to the Atlantis one (800$) I used at the gym. Besides its small design flaws, it is overall a great product and certainly and excellent addition to any home free weighter out there."..." Read more
