What I like best about the bench is being able to do sqauts from the other side of the bench without moving the bar from the front of the bench. This means that you need to have two olympic bars. This second bar allows you to do dead lifts, curls, and any other kind of lift without without touching the bench press bar.I would like the bench seat to have been more sturdy and less wobbly. Also the bar catches are too low when the bench is flat. They should be a bout two inches higher."..."  Read more

Excellent product. Probably the best in its price category. Pros: -Comfortable and looks durable; -Has a set of wheels that allow easy transportation; -Many increments, plus decline! -Stable bench, doesn't rumble. -The back support is large enough for big guys. -The seat can be inclined and there's also a leg support if you need it, although I only find it useful for decline exercises. Cons: -Seat too large in my opinion -There is a rather noticeable gap between the seat and the back support part. Requires you to adopt certain postures while laying on the bench to avoid putting pressure in the gap. -You do have to lift the bench pretty high to use the wheels, but that's better than no wheels! Notes: I usually put my feet on the bowflex'S round logo on the ground support part while using it as a flat bench. This is due to the fact that you have to adopt a certain posture to avoid the gap and the seat is too long. I compared this bench to the Atlantis one (800$) I used at the gym. Besides its small design flaws, it is overall a great product and certainly and excellent addition to any home free weighter out there."..."  Read more

This is a great mid-size bench for all levels. It was easy to put together, is very sturdy and can be moved easily. The rack is perfect for squats and I use the bench for inclines, declines and regular presses. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it is a little cumbersome trying to do shoulder/military presses if you're moving heavy weight. However, for everything else this bench set is perfect. I would recommend it for people of all levels of body building and the price was terrific!"..."  Read more
