Not what I ordered
Emily from RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA– Verified Buyer
I thought I ordered this set thru Walmart.com, but I got something a little different like some other reviews have said. They seem to be pretty much the same other then there is a colander and no spatula. My only issue is Walmart sells the set I was actually sent for $5 less then what I paid for a set I thought I was getting. So I paid more for this set then I should have and Wayfair wont do anything about it. It's only $5 so I am not too worried but Wayfair and Walmart need to get their pictures and descriptions fixed. The description here is correct but the picture is wrong and walmart has this picture and description of the set pictured here.

I bought this set after shopping around at various online and brick-and-mortar stores. I wanted stainless steel with riveted handles and an encapsulated base. I wanted durability but didnt need gourmet cook quality. This set delivers and then some. It feels sturdy and well-made, and food cooks evenly. I had to google cooking with stainless steel because I have had non-stick for my entire adult life, and didnt know how to use or care for it. I found this link helpful httpmissvickie.comhowtocooking101secret.htm. After learning, I love it. The spouts and pour lids have been awesome for one-dish cooking. I supplemented with 2 frying pans from Lit in Memphis (restaurant supply) and Im all set. I was a little disappointed that it came with a colander instead of the spatula, as pictured, but that is very minor and is in the description. The pots and pans are the main attraction.
Perfect cookware set!

This set is perfect! The drain design on the sides not only offers a controlled way to empty the contents of the cooking vessels, but also allows enough venting when covered to keep steam/moisture from "spitting" all over the place like those with more tight-fitting lids! And, in my opinion, the stainless steel material is also a healthy option in which to cook versus coated or aluminum cookware. All for a very economical price!

This is an excellent beginner's set of stainless steel cookware. I purchased it as a gift. I have a set and it has stayed nice and shiny for me, but that is with the help of a quick polish of Steel Glo each time I use it. I have an extremely expensive set of stainless steel, which I love, but often use this auxilliary set because the handles don't care about my gas burners. The expensive set has bakelite handles and they do not perform well if the burner is set too high, as they will burn and crack in the flame. The bakelite also doesn't perform well in the dishwasher as it discolors. This Wearever set loves the dishwasher. No complaints about it and my set has been to Alaska and back in a motorhome, and is now used in my home kitchen. My set is nearly two years old and still looks pristine. Love the pour spouts and the strain and drain lids.

Had my cookware for about a month and I love it! Thought I would have to pay big $$ for a good set, boy was I wrong! They heat up fast and easy to clean yet the best part is how easy they are to drain liquid. Make sure to use a pot holder since they do get hot otherwise perfect! Wish I had found these sooner! Can't wait to add more sizes to my set.

I'm very pleased with the quality. I bought the set to add different sizes pots and pans to my collection. They work great and handle high temperature very well. Easy to clean and store.
