would not purchase again

Did not receive the plug to plug it in ,did not receive the plastic gloves and foot gloves.Am having a hard time getting help .I would not purchase again

A great wax machine

Have used this wax machine several times and really like it. Only thing I would change is to make the lid a little more secure to lift off. Hard to grip if your hand is a little slippery. I have dropped twice back into the wax. Makes a heck of a mess
