Water Pumps

Long story short - I have a stream in my yard and a walk-out basement. Several months ago after a very heavy rain the stream overflowed and all the water came in underneath the basement door. I paid $500 to have a pro come and clean out all the water. He suggested this pump for future use. Recently we had a heavy snowstorm, a freeze and then heavy rain with a thaw. If I didn't have this pump I would have had a flooded basement again. I attached a hose to it, put it in the spot where the water gathers and put the hose as far away from the house as possible. I though these little pumps were just for water features and the like. This little pump is very powerful. No more flooded basements. It doesn't get any easier. The pump works fine but this model doesn't have any way to attach a chain or rope to lower it into the water you want to pump out. You either have to jump into the water yourself or throw the pump in and hope for the best. Clearly and oversight on the part of the Little Giant Company."..."  Read more

The pump was used to clean up severe water infiltration that occured in my basement. Pump was quiet and efficient and did a remarkable job. Highly recommended."

This is my 2nd Little Giant pump that I have purchased. The first one lasted 17 years. Never had any issues. Power cord covering was cracking so that is why I purchased a new one.
