After purchasing 2 condensate pumps in the past three years I decided to do some research and located Little Giant Pump Co. How could you go wrong? Home centers sell nice looking condensate pumps but most don't last long for me. The pump takes up a little more space and it is made with top of the line componets. If you notice a water pump, you have a flood, so I am happy to say that this pump draws no attention to itself at all. We use it to pump condensate from our furnace into a drainage pipe, and it's worked silently, successfully since we got it. It did help that my son read the directions before installing and this pump has been installed correctly. It is draining the condensation accurately and finally the floor is dry and no more leaking. This was the pump originally installed before we purchased our home but apparently had not been installed correctly and we had a wet floor for ten years not knowing why.
