This install could have been significantly easier if I had just ordered the EZ mount system instead of the 3 bolt system. The three bolt one is likely for thicker older sinks. Mine is a cast iron enameled sink. The three bolt system added at least another 40 minutes to the install time. The overall product is good and is quiet during operations. The outercase is plastic. But the important stuff (innards, disposal collar) is all metal (stainless steel). Was this helpful? Yes / No
