Like but recommend changes

We like the towel bar but had some difficulty installing. My husband is very handy around the house but the studs in the wall were too far apart to anchor as directed. If there was a corner turn out to connection to the wiring post, would have have solved the issue. Also, and our main issue, is the timer. We thought it was a timer to turn off the warmer after a given time. It does not. It is a timer like you would use for a pool or the like. It can be set to turn on the warmer at a set time of the day. It does not set to turn off. Turning off the warmer will always be your job, and your task to remember. Bummer, as we purchased this one for the timer. It will warm your towels, and dry them when left on, but you need an hour to really warm it up. The bar gets hot though. I burned my arm slightly when I bushed up against it drying off a couple times. Right now, we only remember to turn it on when getting into the shower so it is only warm slightly right in the middle spot. Then, I leave it on to help dry the towel sometimes forgetting to turn it off. In that case, I find a crunchy towel in the morning. I would still buy it again. Eventually I will learn to turn it on and off as needed.
Great addition to bathroom

I had this installed last week with a bathroom update and really like it. I had an outlet added to a wall and decided to put in a towel warmer. I have the plug in model and hooked it up to an outlet timer (must get grounded/3 prong type) so it turns on and off when I want it to. It not only warms the towels but dries them too afterwards. I like it even more than I thought I would. One drawback on installation, my contractor mentioned that it wasn't square (I believe more narrow at the top) so he had to adjust the mounting brackets to compensate.
Takes its time to heat up

The ONLY thing I wasn't thrilled with on these towel warmers is the fact that I thought they would heat up faster than they do. You have to turn them on a good 30 - 60 minutes before you shower in order for them to heat up. I installed these in all three of my bathrooms. I purchased the hard wire ones because I didn't want the cord hanging down. I also wanted the timer feature which was not available on the plug in version. Everyone absolutely loves them!
Great gift for anyone!

I have a towel warmer in my bathroom and mentioned it to my daughter-in-law. When I saw her face light up, I knew I had to purchase one for their fifth wedding anniversary. They love it and I knew the quality was there when they opened it. It is a great towel warmer. Although I paid the electrician to install it, I don't think everyone will have to do that. My kids are very happy and that pleases me.

Easy to install (hardwired version) since the drywall was being replaced. Just be sure to measure carefully to ensure the outlet box is placed in the correct place to allow mounting the towel rack to studs.
Like being at a swanky hotel

Finish is perfect, looks great on the wall, instructions and installation were quite easy. Love that it has a manual on/off as well as a separate timer. We're just wrapping up our bathroom reno so it's not gotten much daily use yet, but in our few weeks of testing everything out, it seems to be working wonderfully.

I bought the plug-in version for my new house. It heats up quickly. When considering a towel warmer, be sure to get one that has as many rails as possible to provide more heated surface area. This one has several rails, so it fit my needs well. It was a little challenging to hang on the wall, however.
Elegant and practical addition

This is a great addition to any bathroom. Compact but big enough for two large towels and well-constructed. Nothing like a warm towel straight out of the shower. Only issue is that the switchtimer is a bit fiddly but that can be easily overcome.

This is my favorite thing in the house so when it ceased to warm I was very upset. Yours Warmly and All modern worked VERY quickly to send me a new unit. It is a WONDERFUL ITEM.
Great modern look and functionality!

Product received promptly, no installation problems. Warms up in minutes and keeps the towels nice and warm! The thermostat that comes with it could definitely be upgraded (the cheapest version is included) but it works ok. I've had it for two months and so far happy with the purchase.
