A waste of money

Product Review

Even after an hour, one towel was barely warm and even then, only the parts actually touching the bars. More importantly, it doesn't automatically shut off, so if you (or a guest) forgets, it stays on and becomes a safety hazard!

Service Review

After having to pay shipping in BOTH directions and a restocking fee, it cost me money to not keep it! I understand being responsible for return shipping, but no other charges!

Good product

Overall, a good addition to a rather damp bathroom. Easy to install. Drawbacks: Relatively short cord. Also, the tubing gets pretty hot (untouchably so) which made me nervous initially to leave it on all the time. But if you want your towel to dry cpmpletely, you will have to leave it on for several hpurs. Overall pretty satisfied.
