Hyacinth and Jute pyramid scratch post

I like this so much I am ordering another for the upstairs. The reason is because it is so small around it can fit in a very small space but the cat will use it instead of furniture. I put two bricks on the base in between the poles so he can't possibly move it. My cat also sits on top of it and looks like a lion or tiger at the circus, so cute! It is well made, and took five minues to set up. Worth the extra money because I will keep it for years (no carpet to shred.)
Most cat scratch posts now have carpet on them

If I had not found this particular product I would have been forced to build one of my own. I for one do not want my cats becoming used to digging into carpet as I have it all over the house. This particular product has no carpet surface to train cats to do so. It took more time to put it together which was not difficult than it took for the cats to use it. If they are happy I am overjoyed, it is that simple

I like this post and think it's well made. My cat on the other hand is taking his time to get use to it! He only scratched on it about 3 times even though I put catnip on the bottom. He's a cool type of guy so I guess he doesn't want me to see him enjoying it yet.

The scratching post is nicely made. Very strong and sturdy. I have larger cats and they knock it over very easily. However, they do seem to enjoy it.

I was a little hesitant based on the price to purchase this, but it was a great decision. My cats use it everyday both for scratching and for sitting on and looking out the window. It is taller than a lot of other options on the market which my cats definitely like.

Great scratching post for the price. Cats are big fans.
Pro its attractive to my 4 cats, Con it has minimal surfaces

It is study and compact, it is a very useful piece and some of my cats like to sit on top of it, but is skimpy on the amount of scratching surfaces. For the price, it was well worth it !

My cat loves it except that he destroyed the hanging ball in three days. Had to replace the ball with a golf ball. Now he plays with it all the time.
